Is this Calcium Deficiency?

This plant is a feminized White Widow from Nirvana. I am growing it under a vero29 3500k 90CRI. I germinated it in a wet paper towel, then I transferred it a solo cup with Espoma Seed Starter which has some myco in it already and I added RTI Extreme Gardening Mykos I shouldn't of used that seed starter soil, with 7ph water the ph of the soil was like 5.5ph. So I would water with 7.8ph water which brought the soil slurry mix to around 6.2ph. Once the seedling was at its second or third node I transferred it to a 2 gallon fabric pot with roots organics original and mixed with some RTI Extreme Gardening Mykos. I then switched to watering with 6.5ph water since the roots organics ph was around 6.5ph with that water. This is my first grow and I want to keep it all organic. I was hoping to just get good soil and not have to do anything other than water my plants. The leaves have always grown kinda twisted, but the color remained dark green with a sheen. Over the past week you can see the older leaves have developed brown spots on the ends and the twisting on all the leaves have continued. Is this a calcium deficiency problem? Yesterday I took some Espoma Organic Garden Lime (dolomite lime) and mixed it with some water and shook it up and used that water to water this plant hoping to cure my problem. This plant is 23 days old. The temperature has been between 76 - 70 degrees and 70% - 54% humidity. During the day I keep the grow tent door open, and at night I zip it up. which explains the fluctuation in temp and humidity. I also keep the lights on 24hrs. I am using spot reflectors and the LED is 7" away from the top of the plant and is consuming 7 watts, so there is no additional heating generated at that distance.

Any help I would greatly appreciate!!

That's not a Cal def....they're too young to have any real nutritional problems. If anything, they're probably getting a bit too much of something.

I really need help. Can anyone else provide any suggestions? Its getting much worse and at this point I will do anything to salvage this plant. My seedlings are starting to have issues too, maybe its my water, light, or temp or humidity? But as far as the larger plant is concerned what can I buy to mix with water to feed this plant to stop this destruction? The damage started on the older leaves first, on the tip of the largest leaf and then spread to the small fingers. It started with a bluish black spot, then it turns brown. The veins under the leaf are still green but the parts of the stems that see direct light have turned dark red purple. Now the problem has spread to the newest leaves and some of the new leaves have turned yellow too. Its getting much worse. Could this be a phosphorous or potassium deficiency? What could I buy to use to fix this? I wanted to keep it all organic, but at this point I will use whatever product to salvage this plant and my others. Thanks!

My Opinion is heat stress, also I would change the soil and wait a few days, She should come back. the only reason i say heat is because of the deep veins in you leaves, that usually means the plant is trying to get rid of Heat, also Phosphorus makes the leaf look blue then dying. My suggestion is to replant in new soil asap. water with a mild complete nute solution.

Good Luck hope it all works out for you.....

https://www.planetnatural.com/product/roots-organic-soil/ Is this your medium?

If so, there is a reason it came at a ph of 5.5! Because that's where it should be. It contains coco and peat moss, it is not traditional soil. Your plants seem to be showing a lack of magnesium..the last one in the solo cup seems to be phosphorus. Not to mention, the two elements count on each other..magnesium helps transport phosphorus throughout the plant..if magnesium is missing, you will soon see P related issues..which include the red stems. The reason they are on the leaves with direct light, is because those leaves are the ones working the hardest to photosynthesize..so you will see issues on those big sun leaves first.
If the mentioned bag is what you are using, it's loaded with nitrogen! Marijuana, unlike other veggies or fruit plants, require more magnesium than the norm. Most store bought mediums will not contain magnesium or near enough..it's usually the first issue that pops up if everything else is on par. If the link is your medium, only greensand contains some magnesium..most everything else is nitrogen based. I'd say try some epsom salt with your waterings..the brown patches will not be fixed, but it should stop the spread. Remember, magnesium deficiencies exist long before they show symptoms! By the time they turn necrotic like yours, the def has existed for at least 2-3 weeks. Starts with mild yellowing between the veins in the middle/lower part of plant. Evident on the biggest leaves. Lower your ph in waterings to 5.8-6.3, if the above bag is your medium.

Looks like your pH swings are playing hell with locking out different nutes.... Fixing your pH won't fix the affected leaves but should show in new growth. I'd flush em with 1/4 stregnth nutes @ 5.8 pH and then give them a week or so to see improvements. If you keep swinging the pH every other day looking for results this is what the end result is. It takes time to see plants improving, especially in soil......be a little more patient

Think thats what it is. Thank you. Time to figure out eradication. I spray with neem every nos and then didnt think this would be an issue.
