NEED HELP WITH SEEDLING ASAP PLEASE!

also i will keep uploading the progress of my plants here so this will be a journal and also will ask for help and for you guys to let me know if there is anything wrong with my plants here is

Seriously ... As others have stated. Don't hover over her and end up doing more damage than is necessary. The seedling has baby nutes inside itself to get her started. A light " misting once in awhile to keep her hydrated. There is NO REASON to drench her container at this point .... Other wise you will ask for a DAMPING OFF situation .

As far as CFL as a " starter " is fine , it is cheap and handy . Bulbs can be had for 99¢ for CRYIN out loud. This big boy cost me 59¢ at the 99¢ store - bought 10 of them.
They are even selling LED FLOODS which I will check out , and experiment with like cutting off the diffusers. Those are 99¢ too.

Growing smarter doesn't have to be expensive.

right right for sure i just assumed that cfls was like an alternative for hps like led etc so i thought they was gonna be expensive but im definitely gonna pick some up

Helmet shell will fall on its own as it gains strength. ( sometimes it gets stuck but just ignore it for now )

3/4 4in1 multi purpose grow 1/4 potting soil

Meaning try to not look for faults in her early stages ... Twisted growth , stretch , wonky leaves are all part of the grow. As long as she is pushing forward is all that's important .

ohhhh right yeh for sure thats literally what im doing its my first grow so just trying to make sure nothing goes wrong but will definitely try to stop now i appreciate the help
