Dude I wish I could express how awful this week has been....there was my shit....
wife was supposed to come home first time in 7 weeks and plane gets diverted to Detroit due to high winds last night...the arrive about 5 or 6 hours late,,,sent back to circle ottawa and the peterborough 4 times before landing in TO...Arrives
with blood pressure really high...Like really high...
but with in a hour of me being home I find out my brother has called 911 for my father.who is 80 yrs ..and he is now in hospital...

blood sugar at 30 ... and is mostly blind already....can't feel legs for a couple of years now....fell thursday morning trying to stand up to get dressed...
spent 10 hours on the floor...unable to lift himself up....face down.... My brother at work...who found him when he got home...
And my wife and I still have to return to NS...cape breton To Look after the wife's mother in palliative care,,,,,dying of cancer..
Sometimes shit is just holy fuck!!!!!

Jeez Dan....my sincere sympathy for you and your family man!!! NOBODY deserves this much at once. Peace man...hang in there.

I'm finding that when life starts to spin out of control....what Zoic said " Just stay focused on the prize my friend "
This is really all you can do...otherwise you will become overwhelmed with all the details and have to do lists/things.!!
even the distraction of the RIU site....I am currently finding therapeutic... its a break from reality,,,, of having to dodge arrows
