Hey just got a 1200 watt morsen on Amazon on a sale for 149.99 anyone try this light and will switching from hps to LED mid flower stress my plant at all plz any info thanks

Noway ahh Cr** I thought for sure would been better then then 300w mars hydro had decent reviews I'm under really hot 400w hps can get temp down during down time gonna take time to get something else what u recommend

It's better than a marshydro 300, but a marshydro 300 is only equal to 130w of hps.
This is 260 watts and will blow away a 400w HPS https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/products/260w-qb-led-kit
If you can DIY, you can build something similar to that QB kit for less.

No, it really does not. It does not compare to 600W HPS. It does not compare to 400W HPS. Its probably comparable to 300W of HPS at best.
Stick with your HPS until you're ready to purchase some GOOD LED lights. Expect to replace 600W HPS with about 400-450W of quality LED, and expect to pay $1 per watt for DIY or $1.50 to $2 per watt for ready to hang lights.

Yep return it, save money till you can spend around 400$ on LEDs or can build yourself a light setup. Look in to cobs or quantum boards when you're ready to do so. And I wouldn't go off amazon reviews so much. There is obviously paid reviews a lot on amazon anymore. A lot of reviews I've noticed give 5 stars just for recieving the product. Even go as far as saying "yup got what I ordered. Havent tried it yet tho"

Yeah I've decided to just use as veg light for youngins should be ok no? I did get it alot cheaper then it's everyday price and I knew it was not a good light and kinda took its as as close swap for my 400 hps I've ran into tempature problems I'm using hanging factory light and ballast gets as hot as light lol wanted to do at least one round to make sure I could pull it off lol I've bought few small things cannot afford a a/c so was thinking using some kinda reusable ice pack and drilling holes in cooler making like ice inline might be dumb how important is it to drop below 23 ish during lights out in flower?

And thanks for all advice I will go big or go home after I produced to save the money I'll swap out one light at a time even for better hps ballasts mine are ridiculous one guy said he thought I had scooter hanging from roof lol I'll attach some photos of my setup and ladies in a min

Big one in flower unknown strain from seed weed two in flower beside are blue dream clones six mediums in veg are kalifa kush and 3 babies are holy grail the kalifas seem root bound in those pots already 1 month ? Normal?

So have the ones in flower under 2 of those huge 400watt hps and the 2 homemade bathroom exhaust vents one in and out with small clip on fans on both side of room the other tent I built from scratch got a CFL and the LED I have 2 400 MH factory ballast as well that were what started veg I'm 250$ in cuz I got it all free mostly fans and soil i just randomly planted seeds in my weed now here I am lmao love my plants any advice that don't cost money

Hey just figured I'd throw u update on that led horrible veg light but it's doing crazy things in flower compared to my mh or hps lol pistol hairs extremely fat compared to other light same strain same time in flower I'll take pics of final product hopefully it continues take care

i recommend you get a cool tube reflector at minimum too get your temps down and vent it out the wall or through the ceiling. the hole can be easily patched later. just get a patch kit at home depot, that 400w hps with a good bulb with smash on that led. no doubt the leds will still grow good weed, your yield will just be not as much.

Yeah I've got 400w hps and 400w mh and led under a rotation in same tent I dunno if that will give them a nice mix but seems to be keeping them blooming great i got small vortex and few bathroom fans taped to a 3 inch and a/c new prob is fungus gnats I bought some stickys and some weird worms u mix in water no idea if its real or gonna work lol thanks for feedback man
