Time for Democrats to Fight Dirty

And CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC....

Yes, the rich manipulating our government for their own gain and impoverishing everyone else is indeed the problem.

Solving it means cutting the ties of money to campaigns and other forms of graft. Remember that as it stands, not only can people and corporations shovel unlimited amounts of money into political campaigns, but that every dime of it is tax deductible- meaning that We the People are going the bill for our own subjugation.

Now, why haven't I heard smogdog, Buckwit, Abandon Conscience, Stinkydigit or any of their clan of lapdogs ever mention that, even once?

Oh yeah- because they think money is free speech. That's a Republican idea.

They're useful idiots for billionaires and nothing more.

over 55, white christians have to go before the rich, sorry.,..

Removal from office requires 2/3 majority in the Senate. It's unlikely Democrats will gain a majority in the Senate this year and if they do it will only be by a seat or two. Maybe there's something in Mueller's investigation that might motivate a large number of Republican Senators to vote for removal from office but I'm staggered by the kind of shit they've already swallowed for Trump. I think that Mueller would have to have something like Nixon's tapes to convinced enough Republican Senators to remove Trump.

Trump could be impeached by a majority in the House but removal from office, in my opinion, is unlikely.
Not even the Nixon Tapes would move the Republicans to impeach. Their behavior has shown that they believe they're beyond accountability and the events of the past 40 years have shown them, unfortunately, to be correct.

I disagree. The people you mention respond to leadership, good or bad. Let's find leaders they can believe in, leaders who will actually live up to Christian values of helping the poor, building communities, caring for the sick and infirm, etc. How Christian is it to start wars of aggression for profit, really?

Yeah, I can agree with that. Still, charging a sitting president with a crime is only unprecedented, not unconstitutional. Furthermore, we're already well into uncharted water. I don't think he's going to resign either. You can call tricky dick a lot of names but not stupid. He had the good sense to resign, something that I think the current president lacks. In any case, no matter how much longer his regime lasts, he will continue to be under the same sort of scrutiny as he has been since the inauguration. If he were to resign, he'd be pardoned immediately by Penice and free to tweet all day.
Not if he was charged under state law.

Your assessment is correct.

Worse, America is a different and far less lawful country than it was in 1973.

Did you ever post anything fucking original? Two threads, two links to articles, no comment
I have not seen that kid post anything original at all on this site. Even on the extremely seldom occasion that he puts together an argument, it's only a reworded shadow of something that a smart and funny person said in support of a completely different perspective. Even his histrionics are composed entirely of projection.

2 1/2 more years and he'll be gone.

Impeachment and removal from office isn't going to happen. Maybe a heart attack but I'm greatly anticipating him refusing to give the concession speech and Sarah Huckabee Sanders will have to do it for him.
6/12 years lol 6 1/2 years

but effective.
Democrats lost the slaves the last time they had a civil war. Are you trying to lose the "undocumented" labor as well? Maybe if democrats could do their own work and reap the fruit of their own fields they wouldn't have to subvert liberty every time the stores run low.

Counterpunch is a propaganda site that serves the right wing agenda. Anything that comes from there is suspect.

I've been posting original commentary on the topic of these articles and much more for years, Stinkydigit.

What's your excuse?
You post articles that mostly come from propaganda sites that serve the right wing agenda. Anything you post is suspect.

unfortunately i am starting to agree with you...

i won't ever forgive trump supporters, they can ask their fake god for that.
I could be wrong, I'm just saying this based upon what's come out to the public thus far. I'm just dubious about the honesty of Republicans including the ones in the Senate. They have swallowed a lot of shit from Trump without a single gag. It's going to have to be air tight proof of treason coming from Mueller. So convincing that even Trump's base will split over it.

Just lets not let useful idiots like tty come back and say it's Democrats fault that Trump was not impeached without giving them the ribbing they deserve..

In two years, he will be saying that Democrats sold out which is why Trump wasn't removed from office.
