Your favorite USA strain

Hey every one, i am currently searching threw some usa based seed banks and am sorta lost:confused:.. I don't know to much about most of the genetics i have been seeing or really any genetics from anywhere lol. So im looking for a strain that is as close to perfect as possible for next years outdoor season and i want to do some breeding :hump:.

((Some traits im looking for are mold resistance, high yield, high THC, node structure, Bud to leaf ratio, maybe fruity taste?)) I want BIG plants just like everyone.. im all organic and only in 45 gallon smart pots so i wont be growing giants but hey i can try.... im running Nirvana's wounder woman right now. So basically whats your favorite US strain and why? and were did you get it?:bigjoint:

Thats a big .big question.

I will say being in the states i like not worrying about customs as much.

I can recomend green point seeds, stupid low prices.

I just put my first order in with great lake genetics
Had a good deal if you wanted some Bodhi gear
Since ive had good experience with all the bodhi stuff ive grown i decided to run em again.


Also seeds of life is now on my radar as another option :) they have a decent deal on dvg gear right now

But they got back to all my emails VERY quick
I have an order made for some dvg gear but i havent sent it in yet still mulling it over lol

i didn't think it was that big.. Most people have a favorite strain i just want to know why and where? i had a bit harder/ more in depth question for those people that grow several strains from usa..... john up their^^ kinda maybe helped but not really..

But i can dumb it down a little i guess, Witch strain gets you the best high?? witch gives you the most bud?? where did you get it??

Wow still a hard questions as effects are still varied among people.

And i said its a big question because there are tons of american breeders each with a lot of gear.

That said ones that impressed me though not necessarily from a us bank

But ones that i remember outa the 50 or so strains i have run
Lima bean og rare dankness?
Lemon skunk dna
White berry paradise
Mothers milk bodhi (from another grower)
Goji oj bodhi

Mindscape by GGG currently in bloom

Seeds are lot of luck strains that where supposed to be fire are sometimes meh
And some single freebie seeds have been FIRE

Ive probably ran over 30 different breeders

Some of my best seeds have been bag seed lol

This is why i say its a hard question

And if you would like my oppinon saying dumbing it down just shows lack of experience :) cause everything is different and every grower will have different results. Like saying what strains your favorite out of possible thousands lol

Just cause one strain was fire for me doesnt mean it will be the same for you .

Also grower skill level has a bit to do with it as well.

Cause its real easy to take a known fire cut and grow it like shit ;)

I haven't finished my run, but have seen some excellent reviews on RedEyed Genetics Locktite and am expecting good results. You can get it from James Bean, and are usually running a deal, buy any RedEyed pack, you can get a Locktite pack free. Look for it on Instagram. Also from JB, look at TGA and NorStar strains. Those are on my list for quality US genetics.

Can speak on Greenpoint, but there's a lot of fans around here.

This is all i wanted, just peoples personnel opinion.. (example)( out of my last couple runs i liked Purple Stomper from big worm, super stinky and yielded well and also good strong branching to support her big colas)

I don't need a literal scientifically proven perfect plant.. and yes i know that not all plants will grow the same an they wont effect people the same..many growers find their stain of choice a lot of folks like blue cheese and always grow at least one every run..that is what im searching for, the peoples choice i guess. A lot of thees US banks/breeders have strains i have not heard of nor do they give much if any growing info or expectations. so i hoped to find a grower that has ran a few strains from these banks and has found a over all good plant....

EDIT i also didn't mean anything by saying dumb it down just seemed like people were over thinking it. or maybe i just new what i wanted to know and didn't put it into words properly.

I prefer to grow landrace strains and make my own crosses. I can chuck pollen as good as most. There are very few real breeders and I'm definitely not one of them. Half the stuff out there are just crosses of other crosses with ridiculous names. For instance someone could take Strawberry Cough which is already a cross and cross it with a cross of Blueberry and Pineapple Haze. They could call it Fruit Salad. Oh wait there's already a Fruit Salad. Guess you could call it Blue Pineapple Cough. See how ridiculous things are getting. I always laugh when people talk about running this and that GEAR. They're cannabis plants. Someone pollinated a plant, made seeds, and sold them. It's not gear It's seeds. The same thing happening with nutrients is happening with seeds. Fancy packaging and cool sounding names sells product. Sure there are some legitimate breeders out there but for the most part the seed game has become a joke. I'd buy from American seed banks but all they sell is stuff called Tuti Fruti Banana. Or Super Berry Dynamite Kush. Just kidding but I am disappointed that I have to order seeds from overseas just to get something that isn't a cross of a cross crossed with another cross of a cross made from several other crosses. I can guarantee that the Pakistani Chitral Kush or other landrace strains I like to grow are as good as anything else out there if it's grown properly and not overfed with a $500 nutrient regimen.

I cut a taste test of a bubble party freebie I got from Dcseed. Very nice. Most Greenpoint stuff is good imho. Just so many out anymore. Mostly great.
