heh, none of you seem to be taking into account the consequences.
And see this is what I want to know, what are those consequences?
If you are smart and don't fight on tape etc. or in front of people(We can do it here)
What seems to be the problem with him getting some punches in on him?
Please don't say assault charge, only dumb-asses get caught with an assault charge. Ski sounds smart so I doubt he'd catch one.

I've never had to fight in my life, but I have had to threaten violence a couple of times. Some kid took my stash, I called him and told him he had a day to give it back, magically in the morning my stash reappeared!

Well, first off, you don't know if this other person may actually have background fighting experience. Secondly, he could very well have a shank in his pocket. Thirdly, if he decides to take the legal route, it may be his word against yours, but if he has bruises on his body and you have reddened/bruised knuckles, that's pretty much going to tell the story on its own. In the end, it's still wise to avoid fighting whenever you can. A single punch could land someone in the hospital fatally incapacitated.

You might not want to put a price tag on your dignity, but there are other ways to defend it other than with your fists.

but dont you know not to tell anyone about what you do.
shiot it`s probably the #1 thing we all tell people when they start, nobody and the closest ones are the worst.

Well we tend not to think about shit like that in bold, either you win or you lose.

It's smart not to fight but people don't think about taking that route.

you can always just go into his bedroom and take your stuff back
yea and don't fuck with him at all.

Look the legal ramifications I definitely was not thinking about, you are correct. Times they are a changing.

But as far as fighting experience and shank, well your not going to win every altercation you get into, but from my experience, if you don't bark loud the pack will eat you up.

Heh, well, you can bark as loud as you want, just be careful about how quick you are to bite.
