Lol, Did you even follow the trial? It wasnt the only evidence, they had expert witness testimony. It also wasn't the deciding factor. Also wtf is this "your lawyer" and "your problem" I have neither of those things inregards to this. Might wanna rethink that

What this ex-pig senator is forgetting is that the senate cannot stop the bill regardless of his personal opinions. Quebec and Manitoba will spend millions on lawyers and courts only to be told that cultivation is federal jurisdiction and they do not have the constitutional right to deny Canadians citizens from participating in a federally sanctioned activity.

They (the feds) won't let it get to court. They can and will do whatever they want regardless of what the provinces want. Trudeau just gave Alberta the right to control what happens in BC. I'm sure Quebec will be running Ontario soon. BCEXIT.
