I haven't had any ladies running for a week now, and I'll be picking up some quality clones this weekend. I was hoping to clean up the grow areas, and the surrounding areas for sanitation and pest purposes. I have been getting springtails and thrips periodically throughout the year, which I would like to avoid in my run with these new clones. Honestly, I never seen the springtails cause any kind of damage or harm, however their numbers were out of control inside of the dwc 5 gal buckets in flowering for a long period of time.
- What kind of cleaner should I use on my grow, and surrounding areas?|
- How thorough should I be cleaning -- do I need to take my lights apart and toss/replace ducting?
- Should I do the neem oil bath/dip before bringing them into the growing areas? I also have pyrethrin and Monterey Garden Insect Spray. As mentioned, I have no other plants in the areas.
- Should I do the root rinse, and transplant into my hydro setup right away? I'm concerned that the clones might not have roots, in which case should I bring the new clones with dirt into my clean grow area?
