Soil/Manure mix for outdoor grow, Is it going to be too hot?

Hey folks!
Soil in this situation (although quite deep) is slightly clay heavy.
If I Mixed the clay soil in situ 50/50 with this mix, would it be too rich? not rich enough? Any other problems?

22% Cow manure (composted two years)
22% Donkey Manure (composted 6- 18 months)
5% Chicken pellets
Small amounts gravel (to help drainage) and lime.

What are you opinions?

Add some peat moss, worm castings, bat guano, kelp meal, and blood meal, and i bet it would be just amazing!

Bonus Question: how deep is deep enough?
2ft deep is easy dug. should I dig deeper?

Ive read that peat moss is acidic. Should I add more lime to balance this out, or would it be ok?

What sort of ratios should Kelp meal and blood meal be added at?

I'm a chef so I'm the wrong person to be asking. I just add a little bit of this and a little bit of that until it taste right. Peat moss is acidic but Mj likes it a little acidic. Grab a ph meter and make sure its in range before you start adding things like lime. Just my opinion. Maybe others will chime in as well.

Not sure what you mean... You got a compost hole in the ground or a tumbler? If in the ground 2-4 feet is fine i would think.

If you have primarily clay soil...and if you get decent amounts of rain...it's a bad idea to grow in the ground. The clay will make a "bowl" and hold all the water til your soil is soup. I've tried every method of growing in clay and it is a nightmare to work with especially for big holes.
