I recently orderd some seeds from neptune and even though i recieved them super fast the seeds i recieved from secrete society seed co were absolutely ridiculous. of all 12 seeds only 3 to 4 seemed some what viable. the other 6-7 were super small and pale white and no striping at all. the smallest seeds iv ever purchased. 2 were so small and white they cracked under light pressure. super light pressure! i have germ'd hundreds of seeds so i know its not my method.
The biggest problem i have is i have tried contacting neptune about this and none of there emails work!
[email protected] does not work and even the vender request doesnt work. i tried to use that to get a hold of them, they even have a little mail icon you can pressure to contact them and every time you click send it just says it failed just like the vendor request form.
this is going on a week iv been trying to get ahold of them to get a replacement pack or a refund because 3 -4 seeds out of 12 and even those 3-4 seeds were super small as well! atleast they had stripes and were dark though!
Also on the 4 freebies from inhouse genetics. 3 of 4 were super small and white as well. but i expect that from in house. they sell crap. its not the first time i recieved small white seeds from in house, how can companies even bag shit up like this to sell? like there not making enough money off these seeds to the point where the gotta bag up the small crappy ones?
I really wish neptune would just fix this but i have no way to get a hold of them. does any one else have a good way of getting a hold of a way to contact customer service?
