wasnt it hard to mix with such a small volume?i just mixed 225 gallons by hand in side 45 gallon smart pots 6-7 hours... wasn't that bad my right arm was real sore that night an next day
do you have a link to th specific one?Me too! $150.00 @ Northern Tool on sale...best money ever spent if you're mixing a bunch. I do about 100 gallons per batch.
I bought mine last year, Memorial Day Sale. They also have them at Harbor Freight.do you have a link to th specific one?
Im not exactly sure what you mean by that but, Here is what i did i used a 5 gallon bucket to measure everything it is 0.68 cuft so i just called it a half cuft.. i would fill it to about 2 inches from the rim with compost and dump it into my 45 gal pot then the same amount with the pro mix/rice hulls. (so that is 3 buckets of base soil witch equals 1.5 cuft witch equals 3/4 cup of nutes ) then added 3/4 cup of each amendment and mixed by hand being sure i got all the way to the bottom then just repeated the steps above til full.wasnt it hard to mix with such a small volume?
I spent nearly that on my compost tumbler. I'd definitely rather have the cement mixer. This is the one that I have: They are 219.99 at Harbor FreightView attachment 4115866
