I put in an order when I got home from work last night for some lights, and I got an error of some sort, now when I go to their web site it says my order is being processed, but it doesn't have the extra bulbs I ordered on the order, so I decided to call them this morning.
Ive been trying all morning long, and have gotten noone to answer ever.
Is this place a rip off? Is it a real store or a mom and pop operation in someones garage?
Who doesn't answer their business phone for an entire day?
I'm about to seriously come unglued with worry that they are a fucked up operation.
Anyone got any suggestions?
