No idea how they send to america but at least people in europe should stay away from them.
On august 16,I ordered 1 Panama,1 Congo,1 Nepal Jam - ALL ACE SEEDS AND FEMINIZED - plus GSC from FastBuds.
On September 14,I put those Ace Seeds beans into the pot.Everything was going perfect for me,then when I switch to 12/12 I noticed that Panama was a male.
After 7 weeks of care,nutes and lighting , I had to junk it.This is the worst experience for me.And probably the biggest fault a seedbank would make.Sending regular seed instead of feminized.
I immediately contacted them on November 2,right after noticing the male plant.Sent to both midweeksong and Ace Seeds.Ace Seeds returned the day after with a kind approach but no reply yet from midweek song.3 days later I sent them another mail saying "are you gonna help me or what?" and they finally replied "this has already been sent" including shipment page's screenshot.
Without even asking my adress,my confirmation they sent replacement seeds to the old adress they sent that regular seed. Slap in the face...
I told them with another mail that they could have asked my adress first and then re-send.I gave my actual adress in that mail.They replied two days later with a mail of kind of aggresivenes telling "please confirm this is your adress as there will be no replacements after that."
Ok,I confirmed it's my adress.
Seeds arrived yesterday.
Only a single replacement seed.......
If the first one didn't show up as a male,I would trust them with eyes closed but how can I trust that single seed to be feminized?
Panama was my main target in this grow.Any replacements can't give me buds and time I lost but I would like to see at least a better customer support and more care on shipments...
Anyway,this was my first and last order from midweeksong.I'm leaving this here in case anyone with questions in their head stops by...They may be replying to forum question in a short time but they don't when it comes to emails.
