Hey everyone! First, numberfour, thanks for your response and taking the time to put the detail into it. I appreciate it. I may give this a shot sooner than later.

Canada's release the Legalization proposal based on the national consultations that took place. Here's a couple of screenshots of highlights, for me. They are proposing that micro producers would be up to 200m square or 2100 square feet. Note the nursery category. Mmmmn, "they would not be able to sell directly to the public".....so you would have to sell your clones and seeds to people who had a license to sell to the public I assume. The laws being put in place sure are including a lot of "restrictions of trade" which would seem a negative for good business flexibility or development of the industry.

Your welcome mate, initial outlay can be high but I made that back on the first harvest running them. Due to running less watts my electricity bill was down too.

Yup. They are and I'm not surprised by that. I'm anticipating a lot of court challenges over the first couple of years that I hope will correct a few wacky things in this proposal. But then, after the phone call I got yesterday, I may not know as much as I think I know, or what they're not telling us.

My head is spinning today because I've been offered an opportunity that, in the words of Don Jr...."if it's what you say, I love it!". My sister, in the US, called me saying that she has a US businessman friend, who has made a deal with one of our (Canada's) biggest producers, to allow him to open a dispensary here and sell their products exclusively for 2 years. He needs someone on my end to locate, set up and run this location, along with two other guys from the US who would move up here and we'd operate it together, possibly expand. This store needs to be up and running for September, so I'm expecting to hear the government to announce a firm date in September for legalization to kick in. I'm being asked if I'd like to be that guy. Knowing the line that will be carried, this would have to be a high end, boutique style store, I'm pretty sure. This opportunity was dangled a few months back, but yesterday, right after the release of the above report, my sister gets a call saying it's on. It's still all so preliminary and I don't want to get ahead of myself but I can't help but be stoked right now, and I don't know any people more I'm excited to share that with. You guys started me off and put me in this position today, ready to strike while the iron is hot! Booyaah!!! What companies product line am I talking? I'll give you a hint...Snoop Dog authorized.

hey Howard. There was a picture up in my old Greenhouse thread but it's probably been lost after the last RIU meltdown. I am sure I still have them somewhere. Will look out if possible.

It was, it was what they initially brought out as Headband in Amsterdam and then when the clone only hype got a hold of their release everyone started on how Headband was a clone only in Cali and not blah blah balh...and then they renamed it Sour Kush lol.

Erm, not sure what Venmo is to be honest. At the mo we can only do Bank Trf or cash...sorry :(
