It means (to me) that there's drug fucked idiots in droves causing havok on a near constant basis.

For instance- the news article said that a small child was threatened with something like an axe.
 
We shouldn’t forget that it’s not a bag of ice or a handful of tablets out there robbing old ladies and breaking into houses,people need to be held accountable for their actions whether or not they are using drugs or not all this propaganda about drugs is exactly what the police want so they can keep their funding levels up. I’m sick of seeing people on T.V and the newspapers blaming drugs for their own or their friends or relatives actions

Ugh. Fuck the radio. The same drivel and bullshit over and over. And the music isn't much better either.
 
I try to stay away from the radio, tv. And other sources of stupid if I can. The exception being youtube. Though, the ads on that are annoying me now too.

Hey mate, I lived in Sydney for years. A 1 hour commute would still land you in the suburbs. If you wanted acreage in those limits it would cost a couple million+ to buy and unlikely for rent. There are blocks that big but unless you're loaded you'd only buy to subdivide and sell. Melbournes the same too. Adelaide has some nice places - there's also big blocks an hour (max) out of Brisbane and they are way cheaper and would have lease options available north and south (still semi coastal) Certainly good places to be had but you'd really want to come here and look at things in person before you decided. Some parts are really nice peppered with absolute shitholes.

Main question is what do you do for a living? And also why Adelaide or Sydney? I've learned to hate Sydney and only spend any time there now if I have heaps of cocaine on tap to deal with all the dickheads.

most of Australia is great for growing provided you stay away from inland areas that get frost - if you're in the dry areas then water and excessive heat can be issues. Humidity and rainfall would be your main things that would dictate what you grow and where.

Finally there's deadly shit everywhere so you're out of luck on that front :D

The fact that there's more avenues for gathering and disseminating media means we hear about every little incident. There's been fuckwits doing shit things to other people since the beginning of time we just didn't hear about it so much

The fact that white collar crime is treated differently to regular crime is disgraceful,some CEO siphons a couple of mil from a company and gets 12mnths home detention in his mansion while they give 12mnths Gaol time for growing a few plants.
