That's cool if you want an RO system that is not HydroLogic. At least I couldn't find any HydroLogic filters there. I'm stuck with what I got, and I know others here have the EvolutionRO1000 too. The de-ionization filters are tough to find in stock even on Amazon at twice the price of what I posted.

I'm on a well and this is the only system that has enough throughput to give me 100GPD. It can do 1000GPD if you have city water pressure.

The other advantage is you can use the 2:1 reducing elbow so you only have 2:1 wastewater ratio for your septic tank, unlike most RO at 3:1 or even 4:1.

Its got the word “hydro”attached to it,automatically makes it pricier.ive never heard of a 1000gpd membrane...I have a double 100gpd membrane,and I only get roughly 20l per hr,but my municipal water is 1.2ec.

No this thing is the shit for people who have like 100G res on well water 30/50 pressure like me (city is 70 to 120PSI). It's got dual membranes in parallel to get the 1000GPD output with a KDF filter. Plus a post RO DI option. I would not have any other system for my needs, I need to do a res change in a day not a week.. lol.

Interesting....I wasn't aware they made a KDF filter that big...thanks for that tip.

Yeah, I only use 100 GPD and only at res change. With other systems 300GPD of RO would create 900-1200GPD of high mineral (or salt if you have a softener) content water in your septic tank. You can use the 2:1 elbow on this and it would only be 600GPD.

I know that using a water softener is easier on the r/o system..but it it kicks the shit out of them (running all the time)and they will release resin beads throughout your plumbing system,clogging every tap,toilet and appliances,it sucks!

Lots to choose from. I really don’t use hydro stores that much. I do a lot on amazon...was even thinking of setting up my own store.

For instance, 32 jiffy pucks at Walmart 3.99$ and on amazon it’s 18.99$ with loads of sales and reviews...you need to know what your buying.

Rainfresh make a Chloramine filter and it's sold at Canadian tire if you have that system or similar.

Also you can get a KDF filter for a Hyro-logic system if needed as well. both eliminate chloramine to 99% or better. .

Don't you have a company though? Anyways I never supplied one so they must have fixed the website but still honored my order.
