oh well we all can have dreams lol, na he doesnt live in a mansion its a pretty big living room, he spent 7 half grand on his set up with his mate, some were on hydro others just in soil, erm 200 plant strain was "cheese" erm used 600w supernova lights there was about 8 of them, had co2 on the go took him about 4 months

I've never gotten 5 ounces off of one plant indoors, regardless of the strain, regardless of the light. I probably *could*, by vegging a couple of plants to humongous size, but that'd take quite a while. And taking that long would actually lower the number of ounces I produce per month, so there's no reason for me to even try.

agreed just work on getting a decent 1-2 oz harvest indoors, then go 5 oz+ outdoor start in the spring

well let me get back to the topic. First off a good 1000watt hps puts of 140k not a 100....secondly you can grow huge amounts of bud in MORE then one way with ANY lights if u do it the right way...

YES hps is god i know but you can grow with cfls also.Here are a few things to think about to help you...since people wanna go off topic and not really help..
1.)you could use the plants that do make it as mothers...since people are worried that they wont germ..thats fine just use clones its VERY easy.
2.)There are TONS of techniques that could help you get bigger yields. The lollypop technique grown right could get you 4 ounces a plant easy. YouTube - Mailbag watch the video if you think its BS...You could use a SOG or LST technique. you could just clone a bunch and flower lots of small one cola plants to get 4 ounces per sqfoot....
3.) ALMOST ANYTHING is possible espically with good nutes and co2.....

im indoor, i got as much space as i need, im only doing 5 plants, got a few 200w veg lights and a few 200w flowering, going to be use molasses, budbooster and co2 ect, how long you recon 2 months to veg?

you will need higher output hps lights to put out the weight your looking for..you may be trying to do too much

4800 total watts grew 66 pounds of dank, that's 5.2 grams per watt of power. The very best growers get 1.2 grams/watt. An average yield is .5 grams/watt. those are dried weights just so you know. If he got 66 pounds of undried material it becomes a bit more believable as you lose about 70-80% of your total weight so that would make it more like 13-19 pounds or more in the realm of the 1.2-1.6 grams/watt. Not saying its impossible, just improbable, Does he have God on his side?

I pulled a half pound off a single indoor plant once. It had 1000w metal halide and 1000w HPS focused on it, all the best nutes and care, and grew to about 5'. It was heavily topped almost to the point of a flat SCROG, and lollipopped.

You could hope for an ounce per plant though with your lights and everything done right. Aim there...

also co2 i have never used before just got a full cylinder 200 bar of co2 (jacked from work) do i just spray in the air? day or night?

CO2 only works during lights on, it needs a regulator and a solenoid all hooked up to a timer to release the gas at the proper times to keep a 1500 ppm level during lights on. It does nothing in the dark, its a waste.

a pound per 1000w lamp is very possible with a scrog setup and of course TLC. A good yielding strain helps a lot too. Ive seen 3 lbs off of 2 plants under 2000w done with a scrog. Experience is important like some of the above have mentioned. One learns new/better ways each time he grows a cycle. Hydro really increases yield in scrog as well but soil has always worked for me.
