Deformaties comes from mutations in the DNA strains of different breeds. When you see people talking about F1, F2 etc they are talking about the generation i.e. F1 is the first generation of combining 2 different strains. It normally takes several generations to breed out those mutations, and typically that doesn't happen much anymore.
With that said, don't stress about them, the newer growth will straighten out as it grows. Normally its one fan leaf or one finger from a leaf, if thats the case don't worry about it. IF all the leaves are showing something then hop on google or here and check it out.

That membrane thing can get even the most pro growers sometimes invest in a jewellers loop / magnifying glass as well for other future needs

The critical are a little behind the cookies but they are doing great. The one that had the seed shell stuck on it was stunted. She didnt grow for a couple days but now shes growing just fine.

LMAO dont stress about it, they are stronger than you think. Give them a shot of super thrive or RAW (brand) B Vitamins about 3 days before transplant and that will help them stress less. But yeah you can definitely start in your final pot.

I enjoy transplanting, you get to check out the root development. I find it easier to water small plants in small pots. Did you use Mykos or any other?

No i didnt add anything. im using kind soil, it already has all that stuff.

I think you'll be just fine as long as you don't crush the root ball lol.
It normally takes longer periods of stress to make them hermie, like messed up lighting, heat & Cooling, nutes etc.
A couple of things here and there won't stress them bad enough to make them hermie... or shouldn't any way.

I agree with @Nugs1 ... transplanting really shouldnt be too big of a deal ... I mean it will stress a plant some, but in my experience with regular plants (not weed obviously) messing with the roots a bit even seems to stimulate the plant after the initial “wtf”?!”

The ph of my water is fine, i dont have a soil ph meter but this kind soil is supposed to be ph balanced already. Ill go get a meter today and check it. Its super soil so im not using any nutes.

So you have a deficiency there, I'm guessing something like Iron or manganese or maybe a Boron deficiency. From what I remember these are the nutrients that yellow from the top down, if you have a PPM meter then you should check it if now give it a flush of straight water and then feed the suggested amount of nutes.

The kind soil im using is a very hot super soil. Im not adding any nutes and if i were to, i would probably kill them. The roots finally grew down and tapped into the kind soil because they are all showing a really slight nute burn. Im still gonna check the ph of the soil but once again i run into an issue. You arent supposed to water to run off with the kind soil because the water will leech the nutes out of the soil, and those are all the nutes these babies got. I heard the soil ph meters dont really work very well and most people just use them for the moisture reading. You think i should just water to runoff once and just leave the runoff in the trays so the soil can drink it back up? Also i dont have much room for runoff in the trays, i couldnt find any bigger than these locally( ill post pictures of the containers/runoff trays). Also just found out my local tap water is actually really good. Ph is a little high around 8 but i can lower that. Its only 80ppm so im gonna just dechlorinate it, lower the ph and use that instead of r/o so it doesnt really leech the soil.
