And it doesn't need expensive software to do that either.

But we know he doesn't know much, and luckily for him I'm not the sort of person who would do such a thing but others, if they wanted, could make his life very difficult.

I cannot see anywhere where shipping is extra. Could you show me were it is I cannot find it? Normally that comes up before you check out so its all one payment with other sites.

very misleading post (not saying the misleading is intentional) without knowing what those items are your being charged for, for some reason you crossed them out. I cant do a quick comparison shop and see if your paying more per item then other companies. If you are being charged more per item then their competition, then this would explain the difference in shipping cost (they would charge more and act like your shipping is lower, but adding that cost to the overall cost). And frankly you telling me that the prices are competitive doesn't cut it. Based off this thread I don't believe your word only.

I blacked them out as growing is illegal here and what they contain leads to my main business.
Be assured that I wouldn't be buying the goods from America if I could source elsewhere. If you take a few minutes and visit Boatsnet I'm sure you will come to the conclusion that their pricers are fair and reasonable. You will also see that the individual goods are not that expensive so wouldn't have a huge dollar value profit. Link at bottom of comment.

You will also see that the goods tally to roughly the same price as the shit company growerslights do. But growerslights want to charge 3 times the shipping cost for a parcel that would be a 5th of the size and less than 10% of the weight. Why? And why are people defending that?

Some people keep mentioning taxs etc. As ive stated before there is no tax payable on internet purchases under 1k in Australia.

Some people also mention that their is no tracking on reg post and no insurance. True their is no tracking en route. Now I don't know how big the letter boxes are in your country but even a smallish parcel wont fit into my mail slot and instead receive a slip in the mail box saying I have a parcel that I have to then take down to the local post office and sign to receive my parcel. Pay pal payments can also be disputed and of cause paying by CC can also be charged back.

Instead of jumping on the packs bandwagon think for a moment, (some are just arguing to argue and its the internet and have their own agenda so you get that) but...Why is something much smaller and lighter 3 times the postage price? Why wont they ship it at least for the same price as a much larger and heavier parcel?

Then it should say Free domestic shipping. I often get free shipping from USA on Ebay, same from the UK.

Regular mail from America takes about 12 days.


I would of been happy to pay the Approx. $16 it normally costs me to get regular mail parcels from USA. (larger and heavier parcels I may add). They decided they didn't want to do that. Makes me wonder what the mark up is that they are pocketing..
