Or maybe he was referring to the multiple class action lawsuits against Licensed Producers of cannabis who have been poisoning their customers, and getting exclusive government contracts for doing it.

these folk don't access the right folk to make these asinine claims..they don't consult the folk that have used this plant for years...45 in my case...they look to doctors/researchers who have no personal experience...why...it fits their agenda...which is big pharma lining their pocket to keep competition out of the game....fuck the greedy fukkers!!!!!

Much like the LGBTQ2SP communities, I too consider that I was not my true self until I experienced Cannabis, some 30 years ago. I throw off all of these societal strictures about my age and all of that, I am actually only 30 years old, because that is when I first imbibed Cannabis, and it made me a new creation. So I am not my government age, I am my WEED age, and I deserve to be accepted, reefered to, and included in my age appropriate group. Also society needs to be inclusive of my Cannahumanism, since I need to be able to be served only Cannosher foods.

I was thinking along the same lines. The cannabis culture is as important to me as getting your dick chopped of is for a trans. I'm not asking society to pay for my lifestyle like we do for the gender-confused, I just need to be treated with respect.
Those of us 50+ years of age have helped create our own unique culture. We are a 'Distinct Society', using their terminology.
The government insistance on legalization threatens my way of life and will lead to the extinction of our community. Us old hippies deserve the same protections given to every other 'distinct society' or 'marginalized citizens'. 8)
