Customer service was very rude. Of cause they gave me a full refund..what choice did they have? Spend time on a dispute with Paypal and Visa in a no win situation?
Buy from them if you want, but I wouldn't recommend Shit growerslights. Much better placers to deal with I'm sure.

I'm sure Steven from HLG is VERY happy at you calling one of his authorised dealers "shit", as you are saying that HLG doesn't give a toss about it's customers and allows any fly by night company to get "authorised"...

That's strange, because every other thing I see about them praises them and the experience, but then again these people aren't likely to be whiny shits who don't read the terms of sale before buying and throw a strop because they don't get what they want after agreeing to the terms and conditions they didn't read.
You start sending me nasty emails or start calling me things on the phone because YOU didn't understand the terms of the contract you entered into, demanding that the contract is changed because YOU didn't take the time to even read it, I would call you a twat as well and force the payment of all monies due under said contract. The fact that they gave you the money back due to something that was NOT their fault is testament to them having decent customer service.
By christ, if you don't get it by now then there's no hope for you. People like you give full justification to the final words of the late, great, W.G. Grace as he was leaving Australia after the first English cricket tour of the colony, and if you don't know what that is then it also tells us all how little you actually know about your own land's history.

Why? I lived in Broome and Derby. Jammed with Dave on a number of times. He refuses to wear underwear and ive seen his testiclaes under his guitar whilst he was stoned on the grass or on a cushion or bean bag many a time. Not a good look.
