That's an in between size. Slightly too big for four 600's and a bit small/would struggle with temps for six 600's.
I think a 2.4 X 2.4 with 4 600's is perfect.
That's if it'll fit the shape of your space. Don't buy a cheap one though. Buy cheap, buy twice I believe the saying is.

320w of QB, they are pretty efficient. The 1212s are good on a budget. But I think to get the same efficiency you would want to run many of them really soft.
Are you looking at a particular 400w 1212 set up? What sort of space are you looking to cover?

Yeah trying to talk to my guy n got offereed a 2g mega for 1100e but customs will rape me so ill ask another supplier as I didnt play customs for my cx 16 ffs

No i was just sourcing the clu048 1212s from kingbrite. They do a 200 watt kit for about 200 euro.

Ive a 1.2metre tent but have my plants on a 1metre flood table to catch runoff.
