Years old recycled soil and dehumidifier water

Best results I've ever gotten were from soil that was built up with dry amendments and composed for a few months. Gathering all the materials is a challenge (one I can't often be arsed with) and dang nar as expensive as bottled nutes if only purchasing small amounts of kelp, alfalfa, crab meal, fish meal etc..

Worm castings are great for top dressing or making a bubble tea to give them a boost.

Nice flourishing white roots there! Recycling soil is important based on volume of substrate and expense. I'd like to do more no-till and top dressing.
Erm I dont do anything lol same soil over n over again no amendments no guano nothing just endomycorrhizal to my mix.
Tricks so u dont get salt build-up is to water feed the medium during veg n foliar feed nutrients instead then feed during flowering via medium this way ur cleansing the shit out but still getting all the necessary nutrients.

Just to add I dont flush I feed to the end n cut back N.
