I'm running gen y 1212 citizen. 4000k 97 cri. Works great in veg and flower.4000K 80 cri since it was built for a momma room, but would probably still do ok for flower as well.
Something like that I'd tap and drill. Had those heatsink and fans on my wish list 4ever they were priced really well. Just never went the route of getting high wattage cobs.Only one left in stock. Did you glue or drill and tap?
I was lucky enough to test the citizen cob light. Wierdly the manufacturer kind of disappeared. Oh well.Something like that I'd tap and drill. Had those heatsink and fans on my wish list 4ever they were priced really well. Just never went the route of getting high wattage cobs.
I use artic silver thermal adhesive on my diy led light and haven't had a chip fall off yet and there are 36 of em.

I said 2x4. I'm going to order a 4x4 or 5x5 tent. Ill probably add another 200 watts of cob for a total of 400. Add the unit farm at 175 and a few 10,000k+uva bulbs. Around 700+ watts.
I was thinking of going back to autos. Autos are plenty potent enough now and it would be easier for me to run perpetual.
Here is a bud off an auto grown under the citizen cob.

They are hard and not fluffy. Plenty good enough for me. Friends like it as well.
As long as you have a decent amount of autos to run I wouldn't see why not to go that route. Those buds do look fire.I was lucky enough to test the citizen cob light. Wierdly the manufacturer kind of disappeared. Oh well.
