before u start ur run while ur seeds are still sprouting in the water before u put em in the soil do u put ur lights on already to get it "started" or do leave the lights off till the seeds are put in

Leave the lights off until they are in your medium is what I've always done. Turn them on dimmed or high to start once they've come up through.

So. I don't know how you pop your seeds. But the way I do it. I pop my seeds inside the rapid rooter. I plug the hole of the rapid rooter (loosley) with a piece of the cube. During germination I will lift that plug to see where the seed is and if I see a tap root. The day I think the seed is gonna pop out. I put it under my lights from a good distance. It needs very little when it first opens up hope this helps
