My guess is that they will use it when oils, edibles etc. come online. It's not good for smoking, but they can hide it in other products and sell it to newbies at the weedcbo

My guess is they include this old bark in the books as inventory. Like any business would with stock waiting to be sold. Trouble is it's not worth much at all. Even the oil would be crappy. Old and dark.
Once the market allows concentrates they will be so weak that the Bm will supply the real meds for folks fighting cancer. If you have cancer...you need the highest THC content you can get. LP oil will be bunker crude oil at best.

Maybe they can add it to drilling mud to add weight to the circulation fluid. Only problem is the returns will have to be disposed at a facility with a cavern rather than spreading it on the farmer's fields. Toxic waste can't be spread for fertilizer.
