First off, Israel is a country. They investigate people for war crimes. By saying "Israel" rather than Israeli, you condemn an entire population, as war criminals. What? a two year old is guilty of what an officer ordered? Are non-Jewish citizens of Israel equally guilty?

Second, investigation isn't the same as guilt. You are basically saying that "Israel" is guilty for being investigated. I'm not saying that Israelis haven't committed war crimes but you are painting all the people in the country for being guilty on the basis of an investigation.
