There's a video.
They went on a high-speed (for the conditions at least) getaway.
They sped towards FBI agents and attempted to avoid a road block.
All of them disobeyed lawful orders from armed public safety officers.
Then Lavoy reached for his gun.
There is no argument, there is no excuse.
Everybody else that complied after the truck had stopped lived. He died. There is no thoughts on the circumstances as it is all caught on tape and readily available to anybody who wants to find the information.
Are YOU sure your thoughts on the circumstances of the shooting aren't skewed by your support for the agenda of the person who almost killed innocent federal agents??

That's not a very good argument though. If you are implying by my not wanting to dictate to a racist how he uses his own body and own property that is a negative trait, are you saying you are bigoted against bigots exercising rights over themselves but not others?
You should note, I am not endorsing a bigots choices, only his right to make his own choices, which we all have. While that should be obvious, I mentioned it to head off a strawman declaration on your part and save you some embarrassment. You're welcome.

I definitely have a bias in favor of police type thugs not murdering people.
Then go out and start supporting the innocent who get murdered by police. 987 people were killed by police in the USA last year.
However, you go out and show support for one of the guys who actually deserved to get shot. He was reaching for his gun after publicly stating he would be willing to shoot it out with cops.
He wanted a firefight, and he lost. Real life isn't Call of Duty, it isn't Rambo, and it isn't an episode of 24, people get killed with guns.
He was reaching for his and deserved every bullet he received.

The only reason there wasn't a firefight is because he wasn't fast enough with his draw, he wasn't able to get to cover in time because he had a hard time walking in the snow, and he was completely surrounded.
if the weather was a bit better, if he had his gun holstered instead of tucked inside his pocket, and if there were a few less officers on scene - he would've had his firefight.
the evidence is there - there is a fucking video showing him trying to get to cover and reaching inside his jacket where police found a loaded gun.

you can't just keep asking the same question over and over again without addressing any of the facts about the situation.
That is not how logical arguments work.
You need to be able to deconstruct what I said and PROVE it is incorrect, either because there is some factual mistake, or a logical fallacy.

Factual mistake #1 - the vehicle was not running away from a firefight. The vehicle was running away from a lawful traffic stop.
They had been out in one of those organized meetings with a sherriff or something and the FBI saw an opportunity to take a handful of guys to jail. They ran away from a traffic stop and were pursued.
You are trying to revise history and make this about police murdering an innocent civilian, but there was no murder. Just a criminal trying to pull a gun on police, overestimating his skill and agility and getting killed in the process.
Stop lying Jesus Christ all of this was caught on tape from a cell phone video from inside the cab of the truck and from an FBI helicopter hovering overhead.
