Short story is he is having trouble moving outdoor for $400/lb and top shelf indoor for $700/lb.

He is saying that right now OR has a million pounds in inventory, but they only have a market for a half million pounds for the next year.

Prices, he says, are in free fall.

But if the only place they can sell is to in state licensed retailers, it doesn't seem like the supply will ever be absorbed. Moving a million pounds in a 500k market still leaves a lot of unsold weed, and then the next crop will come in.

I've been seeing super cheap packs coming from Oregon for the past few months. I'm in San Diego. Those numbers sound about right.

No doubt, but I'm willing to bet a lot of investors wrote checks based on $2k/lb's.

$1/gm is only $28/oz. Prime top shelf is getting that. You can probably get last years stock for $5/oz. But since you want 500,000 pounds, I think $1/oz is a fair deal.

Pick up a copy of Canna Venture and there's ad after ad of growers offering pounds. Any legal state is going to have a flooded market. Any illegal state is getting flooded by the legal states. Don't be the stampeder looking for the gold be the guy in town selling the pick axes and shovels. Case in point the packing house in the vid.
