Bit embarrassing but I didn't know any of that crowd. Initially they approached my amigo Limonene (on here, limonene420 on insta) but he wasn't ready . He mentioned me, guess they checked me out and I got an invite and went down.

Did you see the new dead fox cup this year? thats some of those guys too. I chat to chemdank and ledmedical on insta - really nice guys...I was given their alien rift. Oh vicfirth is a bloody great grower too, he's part of Eden valley extracts...ive got his Psychosis X animal stomper seeds in the fridge...

Frosted Dank has some crosses i really wanna try...i just always seem to have too many!

With research involving human response 3500+k lights, it may be prudent to use as warm lighting as possible during veg. Seems having enough energy in blue wave lengths is vital but increased reds are OK. Look at the spectral charts for tiny increase in blue that the makers of “super” bulbs howl about. 3000k 90cri seems like a winner. Plenty of blue and real flower power.

this round at the advice of someone most people think is "out there"
i am flowering one 4 x 4 pod.. with 5000k led
he says its the deal as far as making all the cannibinoids "go together" right
i shall get back to y'all on this
i never say never..thats how we learn..

Have fun! I never knew how well 10/14 lights on worked until I tried it for the hell of it. Never going 12/12 again!

I'm running a 4 board QBN304 light @85 watts a board, and I can't even imagine running them harder than that! IMO you run them @125 watts each, you might want to seal your room and run CO2!

Your not buying real QB boards if your buying that Alibaba junk. Its already been shown that the "samsung" chips a lot of them use AREN'T Samsung but just more shitty Epistar crap. Hope you luck out, if not, buy the real thing next time!

Not sure about uk420 but his insta is fire.

I saw the Dead Fox cup after it happend, it looked great. I briefly spoke with chem, I don't know the guy but recognised his trademark on his hat off an IG post, that RoadDawg of his was special. We were able to go through a Judges pack and check out the bud by the entrants and the standard was through the roof on a lot of the samples.

Nice one on the Alien Rift, my mates running a few from seed and boy does she put out that frost. I've got some Jawa Pie vegging that I'm looking forward to running. Psychosis x animal stomper sounds great too.

Funny you mention the Frosted Dank, I'd been swapping bud and having a right laugh with a guy from Kush Family Collective and they gave me some tester beans, cross with their Yeti OG, one was the Jaffa Caked Cookies Dank cut. They've jumped right in to my next lot of beans to pop.

Huh? Where you do you think the US sellers get their boards? It is literally the exact same board.

Do you have proof that some boards are not the same?

thats good to know... should i go with the hlg-185 then? instead of the hlg-240

Just want to make sure I'm getting the "real" thing... are you guys paying roughly $60 for your HLG-240H-C1050A? And $45 for your HLG-185H-C1050A? God forbid I get a fake meanwell driver.

just check right here on RIU, we even had some douche come in this thread to promote them. There is NO guaranty they are real samsung chips. Don't you find the price a bit odd? Maybe someone in this thread remembers this debacle, if so, fill this guy in.

But as I said, I do hope they work well for you, seeing you already spent the money.

It's literally the exact same board.

You see the font that "HorticultureLightingGroup.com" uses? That is the default font used by Chinese manufacturers when you want to "OEM" something.

But hey, I'm certainly open to be corrected. If someone were to perhaps point out the actual manufacturer I'd be happy to be corrected.
