I agree they are big enough to start a reduced feeding, like 1/4 of the recommended solution n build from there.
You showed a pic of a damaged leaf set and this sounds dumb but sometimes stuff just happens in between phases.
It takes time for roots to get established.
The dying plants is troubling as its pretty hard to kill them and you don`t appear to be clueless
but without seeing it happen I couldn't say why.
All in all looking at the pic with the plants I see nothing to fret over.
Just start feeding and my guess is they will start pumping in a week or two.
One thing you could do is raise the lower plants up so they get better light.
Also if anything they look super dry
