Any oil you say..........I was involved in a research of this exact issue. First the failure rate of those exact tests is a sure winner in court.
The false positives are absurd with their source.
An ancient ritual was used with a 95% success rate. The 5% failures were from false positives of other drugs not even present in the donor assay.
its called pulling. Involves sesame seed oil and a swish. It works because I say so, and the physics of it are well documented on google, have fun.
We all brush our teeth before driving, be sure to brush the gums and cheeks too where cannabis oil lives longtime.
any oil will foil the test sometimes but sesame oil will negate results every time if performed correctly.
you're welcome MI ! think little key chain caps, necklace, .... pop in the mouth, etc. ...... who's ready to market.....
I'm thinking more realistically, they are going to pull over the wrong person. Someone connected, or someone who has the money to prove that this doesn't work in court.
.
Using jury nullification you're not trying to justify whether or not the person broke the law, you're judging whether or not the law itself is unconstitutional. No matter how guilty someone is of breaking a law with cannabis, if you're lucky enough to be on the jury you should always use your power to nullify the law on the basis of cannabis should be 100% legal in all aspects. In case you didn't know, (I just looked it up) a nanogram is a Billionth of a gram. Might be useful to tell a jury this if you have to defend yourself against this.
As a juror, I would use the jury nullification powers, even explaining to the court that I will not take someone's freedoms from them for a few billionths of a gram of anything.
I would imagine its possible. Specially if the dose in which you used it were a strong concentrate like a dab or hash or something like that.I have an interesting question. Let's say your girlfriend doesn't smoke at all, but you do and you're making out, she's driving and get pulled over. They give her a saliva test, would it be possible to find 25 billionths of a gram in her mouth with one of these tests
and could the test detect individual spermatozoa in her mouth?I have an interesting question.
