I've always used straight tap water too. Other than ph. You need watch the chlrine in it. If your water is bad. I would let it set out for 24-48 hours maybe before you mix your nutrients then ph it.I got a ppm meter thing. I think a tds meter? and my tap water reading made me sick. team brita.
Well the part about he should've waited for a longer taproot isn' true. I wasn't actually meaning your info. But since you asked. Lots of people don't even soak seeds or put them in a paper towel first. They put them straight into soil. Same amount of days roughly before it breaks ground.excuse me? what information have I given to him that is misguided?
You need to read more critically.Congratulations on the taproot!
I personally would have grown that taproot a bit longer, but hey that's just my preference.
triple posting is bad etiquette. And what she said isn't true. End of story. Good luck.
congratulations on all of them germinating! Those weird mutant leaves should go away once she forms proper leaves, maybe a few more days to a week or so.My White Widow is looking less good. Prior to LEDs I think I had the CFL light to close and burnt her. She seems to be getting worse. View attachment 4048574 View attachment 4048574 View attachment 4048575
Any thoughts that it could be anything other than light burn?
As soon as this one started to go sideways I germintated and planted a third seed (critical widow) so I have a back up plant. View attachment 4048576
