Time limits for grow registrations

Haven't heard anything about this but wouldn't be surprised if they tried something like that once rec is legal. However I'm not concerned as a) I'll never register to grow a plant, b) that (inability to grow medical) would be against the Allard ruling, c) there will be so many people growing and registered that staying under the radar will be even easier.

Sorry, I don’t understand the question? Register to grow MMJ? MMAR grows are still covered under injunction, nothing to register while that stands.

MMAR = injunction until the judge reverses it. It's possible it will be retired at some point if reasonable access is proven
ACMPR = fkd if they want to change it or merge it with rec legalization which has been voiced as an option
NONE = if you can keep from letting people other than immediate family know. If someone does find out, make it sound like you're licensed medical. Best option imo.

Ok thanks, I am registered under ACMPR, I tried to get a doctor in the MMAR days but my condition wasn't chronically ill so he said no. I think because I have kids under 18 I will continue to be registered under ACMPR as long as possible, to avoid having any problems with authority lol.
no worries......... if you aren't selling to kids ..
no one will charge you..............what would the charges be in a legal system..?

if you were fine under the injunction.;;;;;; unless the injunction changes you can easily move.. its a frivolous technicality! ..

if ...........anyone finds out and informs the police..
That will in turn find them speaking to a MMJ person regardless of a permit.. signed by a GP as a script.

I would love to be able to say that the government couldn't possibly be stupid enough to remove growing again but we all know better.
I hope they do honestly though, it will result in another court case and another injunction because the 4 plant rec allowance will not support any medical patient.

There's no way a one size fits all approach would apply to the medical program. Now that's not to say that they wouldn't try, if not for the simple act of jamming up the works for a bit just like the MMPR. They're playing with the taxpayers money after all. Not their own.
