At a barbeque that was mostly black I was handed a "chicken sandwich" once.

It was 2 pieces of white sandwich bread and a barbecued chicken thigh dripping with sauce with the bones and all in between.

No napkin either. I had no idea how to eat the messy thing.

Grits are part of every self respecting white southerners diet. Everyone offered me that shit when I was down south. I am not a fan.

Ever been to a franchise restaurant called "Cracker Barrel". It's their self proclaimed specialty.

And they sell fried chicken "tenders" like you describe even in the chicken places up here in mi. Seem very popular white and black alike. Even the chain restaurants have them.

Must not have the stigma you report.

They loved me. I was friends with the family. I was invited there. They were all eating them like that. They held the messy chicken with the bread and kept pretty clean even.

They were laughing at me for being so incompetent about it.

It was a local ordinance in Camden New Jersey in the 90's called the unruly behavior law.

We were arrested because we were contributing to the unruly behavior in the city. They mean white people from outside the city buying drugs.

We had to say that we were contributing to the unruly behavior in the unruly streets of their city to the judge on record and then were fined and given community service. Our other option was stay in jail and await a jury trial for felony possession. Whether we were caught with drugs on us or not. I was not holding yet when I was detained.

New Jersey has no such law that would apply to whites only selling drugs.

I love fried chicken, I put real mayonnaise on some sandwiches like after a baked ham, chicken, roast beef too so.
been thinking about making my own, I have 9 year old free range chickens still giving up an egg a day, I like them also

I posted this happened years ago and was a local Camden ordinance.

Camden has even lost its funding for its own police and fire departments since then.

Like I told buck. Believe what you want. I'm not posting my rap sheet.

Lots of crooked municipalities run by criminal mayors in jersey. Well all over.

Now I know why this forum stays so one sided and shallow. You just got your facts from a quick search instead of life.

All I said was they serve grits and are proud to sell them.

What does that lawsuit have to do with them selling me their award winning grits in New Jersey?

Jeez. Read the whole story. The black drug dealers there were not arrested. And they had a group of us white guys all together with one da and the same charges.

I wasn't even holding yet. Vice rounded up every white person on the block. It's a busy block.

The locals were left alone.

In short they wanted outsiders to stop coming into their city and buying drugs. Take away the demand no need for the supply.

No they were a poor and corrupt city and finding more ways to make money off the criminals. Most of their businesses were failing already. The place was a hell hole with abandoned fenced in apartment projects all over.

Have you ever been in a hood or arrested?
