There's a counterpoint to his theory, which is if any of the weapons the Mandalay Bay shooter were firing another, slower round. Could be a different caliber, different barrel or different ammo, all could spoof his analysis by traveling about 1/3 slower.
And there's a very easy way to tell if this is possible, too; check all that YouTube video and see if the two different lag times always happen separately, or if they overlap.
My gut is telling me cover-up at this point. I find it hard to believe that just one guy, even with such a cache of weapons, could kill and main that many people by himself. And he wasn't even a military veteran?
I wasn't there, I could easily be wrong, but this has mass terrorist attack written all over it. The American People are not getting the truth.

But when you have 8 AR15's with 100 round high capacity clips in them stacked up right beside you, you can, quite literally, get all 800 rounds into the crowd as fast as you can pick them up and put them down and grab the next one.

Per capita statistics are bullshit. They were created to hide problems by statisticians and cover up the fact that we suck as a nation.
If you go by number of guns to number of deaths resulting from them, the United States is, hands down, by a long, long way, number one.
We lose 36,000 people to gun deaths on average every year - more than every other developed nation on earth combined.
We average 85,000 wounded by guns every year - more than every other developed nation on earth combined.
Another couple ways of looking at it:
We lose more civilian people to gun deaths in 2 years than we lost during the ENTIRE Vietnam War.
We have lost more civilian people to gun deaths in the last 50 years than this country has lost in every war it has ever fought in it's entire history COMBINED.
All of that because we have more guns than EVERYBODY. That is not a coincidence.
If guns made you safe, we should be the safest nation on earth. We're not. We're 59th. Your odds are better of getting gunned down here than they are in Serbia right now. THAT is how bad it is in this country.

we have the best doctors, farm land, water too, but......
what could be the problem? we need to outlaw greed? stop electing corporate entities?
allow no more early release? build more jails? disallow lobbying? examine how thousands of destroyed guns
turn up to arm a gang of militants in our back yards? stop arming foreign militants that wage war against us eventually, to do our nasty's? stop selling oil and munitions to our enemies? tax foreign products out of existence?

I think we could make a great start by outlawing the influence of money in our politics. Not the easiest thing to pull off, but the widespread acceptance of corruption isn't working, either.

Marijuana, cannabis, is literally in the first draft of the constitution. It was made from it. Every one was even required to grow it back then.
Cannabis and other drugs were not made illegal until fairly recent in history.
What about the pursuit of happiness?

Word is the Constitution was not written hemp paper. But it is unconstitutional because it is just a plant, hemlock is not illegal but it will kill you no good high just an agonizing death. If you are free to grow hemlock you should be free to grow poppies to get high. Freedom, being forced to pay taxes for immigrants, (refugees, dreamers) is authoritarian Obama was an authoritarian. I don't know the answer but if the shooter made custom loaded rounds this video proves nothing.
He could have easily run out of heavy loaded rounds and opened a box of standard ones. They would have different reports even in the same cartridge.
There is also the variation of microphones one the recording devices. The sound of the crowd and many other variables that would change the results of this mans video.
Sounds like it could be true though. Shame we get our information from video and television. Lots of info needed to assess missing here.
