If you are suspended without pay that means they feel that there is adequate grounds to let you go with cause. Not letting them know you were on medication that impairs is most likely against their policy.
There is no human rights violation. I doubt that the HRC told you anything since their backlog of cases is 4-5 years. They won't be putting you ahead of all those GSA cases that have been filed by parents.
If anything you should be let go for putting the safety of others at risk which is how both the courts and the tribunal will rule on the side of.
But go ahead, please waste your time and money. Or you can get another job and move on.
