no. the shooter was a thousand yards up in a window. if everyone was armed many possible innocents would have been shot. use your head,

cops couldnt even shoot at him they said, and thats why they went to his powder stinking hallway and bombed the door open to find him , he shot himself anyways.

false it took one bullet, his own before even trained snipers and armed personnel with swat teams could even take him down. scopes, multiple weapons, explosives...they could not stop him and did not stop him
