im south Carolinian hence the chow chow. I usually just do slaw and mustard on smoked pork but didn't feel like making the slaw. I covet that cut of beef I think about as much as Brazilians do so I call it picanha out of respect. that cut doesn't get the respect it deserves here in merica imho.

i use ezekiel 4:9 sprouted 100 % whole wheat for my bread.

I still eat meat, but I try hard to eat as healthy as I can. And I go meatless for days at a time. But then I eat a hamburger or a steak and mess that all up lol.

you know gary for years i thought i was eating healthy....thought i was eating clean,....meat ,dairy, fish and the real killer, SUGAR, is no good for health. now i am 100 per cent vegan for the last 4 months and never going back(fingers crossed)
