Darwin's theory(s) were wrong in a number of ways. He had no understanding of genetics and how inherited factors functioned. You can look it up, I am not very schooled in science history. What we know today as the modern theory of evolution differs in some important respects to what he wrote and yet he pretty much nailed it. So if a climate model fails to perfectly predict the future temperature changes it does not in any way mean that the earth's climate is not changing.

There are some churches that point out that there were errors in Darwin's original theory and try to leverage that into "therefore evolution is incorrect" in a similar way that they try to disprove climate change if a certain prediction or model fails. This usually works better with intellectually enfeebled people like the severely religious or Trump supporters.
