growing from bagseeds need some help

whats up people?
im growing from bagseeds and this is my 3rd grow and so far 5 outta 8 of the total plants i had turned out to be dudes with gorilla sized balls and bananas
so whats the deal with bagseeds?they came from a bud right?
what are the odds of bagseeds being female and if theyre turning hermie what couldve caused it?
on a side note growing from bagseeds is my only way to go due to each pack of fem seeds being sold for +200 bucks where i live

I usually have good luck with bagseed idk why but I don't think I've ever grown a male plant. I've grown 15+ plants outside and currently have 3 inside 2 are auto fem and 1 is bagseed. The bag seed has already showed it's sex and turned out to be female. Just give them alot of love and by that I mean plenty of airflow and light. Make sure there's no light leaks during lights off to prevent hermies. I'm no pro but this is what I do and it's always worked for me. Good luck

so bagseeds are safe to go with as long as those things you said are checked
tbh one plant had balls sitting in every nod and the other one looks suspicious to be a herm to me

I would get rid of the males if you have hermies I've been seeing guys on here saying to cut the sacks off and it might remain female. I just recently used genetics on the two auto fems. Besides that all the plants I've grown have been bag seed. I don't smoke mid grade/ regs so when i find a seed in some really good greenhouse grown or indoor bud I'll save it. Idk if that has anything to do with it but I'm basically only keeping seeds from buds that I really like and I'm assuming they have all had good genetics. Just do some research. I started 2 of these under my previous 150w hps and one was started outside. All were germinated in moist paper towel in Ziploc bag. I think it's for more to do with the genetics of the unknown seeds and your light schedule but as I said I'm no pro.

Same here non med state. I just use seeds from good smoke. The 2 seeds that are genetics are snowcap and I got them from a friend that ordered them from Europe also. Can't remember what country.

Ask some friends you'd be surprised. I asked around and found a guy local to me that grows and sells all kinds of crossed genetics. I plan on going through him for my next grow

Non fem seeds have a 50/50 male to female ratio. Bud with seed is still good bud. Just that you don't want it to be utterly riddled with seeds. That means one of two things. Either the plant got seriously pollenated by another. Or it hermied big time.

Yeah I'll get a few ounces and be lucky enough to find one seed. When I do I keep that sucker

When I find seeds from good smoke. I try to document a little of its traits. Like how it looked. The smell and intensity of it. Shape of the buds. And the high I got.

Gives me an idea of what I may be dealing with.

Haha I'm usually too stoned to even think of doing that I just remember it was a good strain that I was luck enough to find a seed in. Ill have to do this from now on also

i live in Iran and aint no online shopping here from outside of the country lol thats why plugs can milk customers as high as 400 bucks for 4 seeds or so..its a royal pain in the ass to grow here even if you leave the charges and all out

Holy fuck that's outrageous. I'd say take a travel to Amsterdam or something and just stock up while your out there on vacation. But if you don't have the funds for that then idk man I guess bag seed it is lol

i fliped all of them to 12 12 at the same time and pulled the males out as soon as i saw them growing pollens..i donno maybe all i got growing is dudes

not that easy to go abroad with all the political googaa going on around so i gotta stick to bagseeds and all that
i still have 30 some bagseeds guess i should plant more of them to end up with a girl or two
