Are my plants foxtailing or something?

Are these foxtailing or normal to budding?

Growing under 324 watts HO T5 light,
I believe I started the flowering more of the first weekend of august, and started seeing these blonde hairs things come up, on another plant they seems to turned alittle more of a brown color but now I believe it been on the 12/12 cycle for 3 weeks now and I don't really think they're budding normal.....?

What do you think is wrong? Clarify please. The browning are probably due to the stage of flowering.

Nope they usually don't start until later into flowering anyways. Just make sure your temps are good and you'll be fine.

These are fox tails. Temps got over 90 for a couple weeks.
