Can long days herm flowering plants? Trying to make a quick run early next year.

Hey team! So I was planning on blowing up some clones indoor hydro then bringing them to my greenhouse late Feb- early March. I'd imagine they go directly into flower at that point and I'll cut them down early-mid May.

Do the days become too long in May where it would mess up flowering plants? Also, should I set the hydro lighting hours to 18/6 before bringing them outdoors?

The idea here is to make a little money before I set up the greenhouse for the long haul summer. Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated!

Depends on what part of the world you're in. Generally in the US you can toss your plants out in late April if the outside temps are good and they'll keep on trucking in veg mode. But that also depends on your pre vegging light schedule. So flowering into May very well could kick them over into reveg.
I say go ahead and maybe try it but bring them there in Feb. Maybe early feb if it's warm enough. They should kick INTO flower no problem.
Also try to time some Autos with it. Have them breaking soil 3 weeks before putting them out with your other plants. That way if your photo plants DO go south then you'll have your backup plan plants/dope.
Also keep a grow log with dates on everything that way you'll know what's generally safe to do next time around.

Thanks for responding! I'm in CO. The average daily temp in February is 47°F, that seems a little cold, no? Great idea with the auto flower, I'll definitely do that. If I have sufficient heating in my greenhouse shouldn't I be fine regardless of outside temp?

Also, what light cycle do you recommend I use for my veg cycle?
