Bud rot or what

So I have this places showing signs of some kind of bud rot. Northern light grown in soil in a old compost bag above ground using fox farm trio nutes. Been cutting bad places out so far but looks like its gonna to continue. Can it be harvested and used for hash or something using only the good parts of the plant? Thanks for any insight or help.

Harvest now and make cold water hash or oil.
Cut away all rotten parts!

Yeah I had 1 bud showing the same thing, so I cut the whole branch off. The rest of the plant looks good so far. But then I look at my plants at least twice a day, more usually.

You don't have any other plants showing up like this do you? Look closely at all of the buds on any other close by plants.

I moved it and harvested the top third today and probably finish it off tomorrow since I have a few more, it doesn't hurt near as bad. Been keeping a close eye on the others as well, know some of that stuff an infect a whole crop.
