I've been spraying doctor zymes once a week for 4 or 5 weeks but still pretty ingested with whatever these are. The under sides of the leaves look a LOT better than the top side.

Do you have a loupe to look at the problem? I'd say you have a serious case of spider mites. Not sure how to take care of them at this stage if it is mites.
 
I have a few that are getting messed up with mites, bought a few pest strips and after a few days it is really helping although in not sure how effective long term it would be outdoors, I just hung it around the stem inside the plant, all of the mites appear dead, but there's still lots of eggs. Your infestation looks way worse then mine though, neem helped in veg but I never spray it in flower, GL
 
As I said before pretty sure it's spiider mites like above stated ....
Once its at that stage even when u think they are gone or dead you will get them again
Constant battle just try and them off long enough to see out flower unless it's just one plant to my it early to save others
 
Where I'm at Ive gotten the mites every year for the last 7 years. The most effective thing I've used is that pest fighter. Its organic and under 20$ a pint. Spray twice a week for 3 weeks and you're good.

Yep this yr im going to be more proactive and spray early on before mites are visible
I think that's where a lot of growers go wrong waiting to see the problem and then to late to completely eradicate mites
I'm guilty of that last yr as I thought I was all sweet not having seen mites for 3 yrs then they turned up again one summer
 
I start off with a pretty good IPM, spraying neem once a week thru veg and some BT during flower. I still get those fukers, they just don't have enough time to build up and do any real damage. I've not found any mites in my buds so far. It pays to keep a diligent eye out for pests....ya gotta have a loupe. Say 40X or better to see mites and their eggs.
 
Desperate situation, I would try and totally defoliate a few plants leaving only the tips and the leaf connected to them. If they bounce back in 3 or so days, you can do the rest.

Yup I always get lazy till I'm under attack :cuss::wall:
 
I got some bugs a few weeks ago, very minor thankfully, yellow caterpillar/wormy type things in budding spots.
Drench them 1/week with something called ecoffective rose defender, try Amazon, pesticide free.

Skins been crawling ever since though, not sure I wana get a zoomer to see them up close!!
