sorry for your loss fdd ,you got ripped before if i remember?hope you get your cash ,if you owe bills it is hard to handle being ripped ,but i know you grow the best plants ,so maybe you could delay the bills until you harvest ? easier said than done ,but good luck hope you money turns up.

i went back today. they were all there moving the last of their stuff from the space next door. they are doing the best they can with what they have at the moment. they are trying to relocate. they did take my # because they weren't sure where the "little red book" was. now i just wait for a phone call.

Hmm. Can you even take legal action on a matter like that? I just was wondering if taking your number meant like, "ya we'll give you a call" or "ya, gimme your number, so we can pretend like we care to get you outta here" either way, you'll get your money from them man, I have good thoughts in mind for you.

Oh, well that's the good news. So you couldn't get in debt from your bills if you had to take them to court, could you? Wouldn't your bill people postpone them if that had to happen? And I just wasn't sure if you could take a marijuana case to court, I didn't know if it was legal, but unsafe or anything like that. Hopefully it doesn't have to come to the point where you sue them though, but if it does come to that, you could probably get a little more money, if any bill expenses go up, or having to wait without money or such and such. Ok, wait a minute. You said that they voted this guy out. Did they think his reaction would be, "Oh? Ok, that's cool man"? They HAD to know that he'd do whatever he could to get back at them, and if they didn't, they're smoking too much of their own shit (bad business!). And so now who's left holding the bag? Apparently you are. That's just straight fucked. I mean, if it was just you and your wife that would be one thing. But you've got kids, and they're taking the food right out of your children's mouths.
It seems to me that they owe you and should not be leaving you hanging. SOMEONE took the money for what you have already provided them. What happened to it? Show me the money!
i guess i could storm into the court room and demand it from their lawyers. they are doing everything they can to keep all they have. they didn't just walk away and fuck us all. they are looking for a new place and want to continue doing what they do. but i could go kick them when they are down. i have a truck load of weed in my backyard, i think i'll be much better off for the next few weeks then they will. i'm just to nice a guy i guess.
