It is not censorship at all. They can still spout their hate, but without any protection from law enforcement. That's what Colorado Springs just did for a white supremacist movement that was coming to town next spring. Then the hotel canceled their reservation. Problem solved.

I'm sorry, but private establishments can serve whomever they please, which is not the same thing as obtaining a permit for a free speech rally which is constitutionally protected. Please understand that I don't like what they are using the permit for, but I respect their right to constitutionally protected free speech.
If we made an exception for them, where does it stop?

The mayor of Colorado Springs said they would not provide ANY public services to this group. Why give a permit to any group that will be carrying weapons or wearing masks or riot gear for their event? Especially groups with a prior history of violence or property destruction. Fuck all of em, we don't need that shit.

Like I said before, I fuckin hate nazis but everyone in this country has a right to demonstrate. And selectively permitting certain groups to demonstrate while excluding others is a violation of constitutional rights.

I believe in Free Speech but why should the police have to protect a group that is known to commit violent acts while using the rally as a pretext. The constitution says nothing about that.
Its like having the Latin Kings apply for a permit to have a "Drug Dealers are Awesome" parade when they have used the parade in the past as a way to intimidate and kill people. No way the police and local government have to sanction that shit.
It's literally organized crime.
