I agree completely! If they can maintain the level of service they now offer as they grow larger, They'll show other companies what customer service is really about!! I've never had better service from any company ever!
Dont mean to hi-jack the thread... didnt know where else to put this... I just feel the need to give a MAAAJOR shout out to Robin of HLG. I had a pretty severe lighting situation develop... No negativity, so I wont go into too nuch detail.. but Robin went WAAAY beyond anything that should reasonably be expected of him and his company to fix my problem & get my lights up & going. I am disabled, on a fixed income... I NEED my garden, my medicine, & frankly, I would almost certainly be losing my crop if not for him going well beyond "good service". Robin is a GOOD HUMAN BEING, & has earned my permanant loyalty as a customer Im NOT selling anything or being compensated - He just deserves the praise, flat out, and more than I can give. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROBIN!!!
