It was the receipt I started with and I didn't see any negative results, and to be honest I was nervous about over doing it.
I like your mix. :eyesmoke:
But what really counts is what the plants think.
Have you seen any mag deficiencies early? Probably not, because you let it cook a month.
I don't see a lot of potassium. Not much nitrogen either, but it depends on the compost/ewc.
If it was my mix, I'd add 2 cups of neem seed meal (6-1-2), and swap out the dolomite for 2 cups oyster shell + 1 cup langbeinite (sul-po-mag).
Bat & seabird guano are VERY soluble, so it's best to avoid a lot of runoff.
I actually wet my soil and let it set before transplanting, but I'm a plant nerd. :weed:

In fact, you could ditch the fox farms soil completely and use peat moss + a cup or two of azomite & kelp for trace minerals.
Plain peat moss in the square compressed block only costs around ten bucks for 3.8 cu ft. :hump:

I know it's not a prefect mix , but I've had good results. I'm going to tweak it slowly so I can watch for the pro's and con's . Plus I'm making other adjustment's in the grow and I want to try and keep some consitancy . And the other part of the equation is locating the materials. I

Btw I'm using RO so I calmag regularly , I like to condition my water for res changes and so I do the same for my soil waterings plus a little extra oxygen doesn't hurt probably don't help either .
